Lisa Victoria Thiel (born 1980) is a quiz show contestant, originally from Southampton, and now living in Crossgate in Leeds. She is the newest panellist on the quiz show Eggheads. She was educated at Oxford.
In 2001, at that time a 21-year-old seeking employment, Lisa appeared on an episode of The Weakest Link but lost the final to former Fifteen to One grand finalist Bill Gabbett, after failing to answer a single question correctly Bill getting three correct to win the prize money.
Lisa has also been in an episode of ITV's The Chase.
In 2014, Lisa was chosen as the newest panellist in the TV show Eggheads. She left in 2021 to spend more time with her family.
Lisa Thiel joined Eggheads in 2014. Previous to that she was a contestant on The Weakest Link in 2001 and The Chase in 2012.
She was born in Southampton in 1980 making her 42 years old in 2022. She now lives in Leeds with her husband and children.
Lisa loves good old sing song on the show which some viewers seem to love while others, not so much.
